HVAC
We would like to inform you that the HVAC building schedule is as follows:
Monday thru Friday 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M.
Saturday 7:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
You may request after-hours HVAC via service request email on our tenant portal website at the rate of $50/hour. We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice.

Reminder-Elevator Upgrade From 8/18/08 - 8/22/08
A few months ago, we replaced our elevator vendor for better service. We also committed to an equipment modernization and upgrade for a smoother and faster ride.
We just got notice from Amtech Elevator that they are ready to start the process. The work is scheduled for the week of August 18-August 21 as it will take 6 working days to complete the job.
During that time, access to floors 2 thru 5 will be via stairwell only.
We apologize for this great inconvenience and hope that everyone understands that there are no other way to get the work done in order to improve the property for everyone's convenience and benefit.
Please stop by the front desk to receive a key to the stairwell doors if you have not done so yet.
We appreciate your cooperation and will do everything possible to facilitate your business day during that period.

We would like to thank our existing tenants for their continued patronage and consistent referrals.
